Since then, it has expanded its product range to include the market-leading NCB ON Combi boiler range and its advanced ON AI technology and Smart Plus controls. Showcasing its drive for innovation and sustainability, the manufacturer has designed and developed its pioneering LCB700 Blue Flame Combi Boiler – an oil-powered boiler capable of delivering efficient heating solutions in rural areas, demonstrating its clear position as a market leader.

Beyond its product range, Navien UK has become a trusted advisor for installers’ success through hands-on training, technical support and resources, providing the industry with the necessary tools and knowledge required to support homeowners across the country. Beyond education, Navien UK has introduced the Navien Choice Plus reward programme, which allows installers to earn points and receive rewards for each Navien oil and gas boiler they register using the Navien Installer App, further demonstrating its commitment to the sector.
