New online Customer Support Centre enhances Grant UK’s installer provision

Two new features have been added to Grant UK’s website, enhancing the level of online support the Company provides to its customers.

The addition of two new online features enhances support offered.

The new Customer Support Centres – one dedicated to homeowners and a second dedicated to engineers, installers and heating professionals – are online hubs which provide extensive post-installation care, advice and maintenance support for Grant products.

Core priority

Providing customers with quality care and support for their products is a core priority for Grant UK and the development of the new online Customer Support Centres aims to make after-sales support more accessible for all.

Each Centre is situated within its respective audience’s section of the Grant UK website with the content displayed in an eye-catching, easy-to-navigate style to make finding useful articles and resources quick and simple for visitors. The support provided within each Centre is tailored to its audience with how-to videos and guides available for homeowners and more technical, step-by-step content supplied within the Customer Support Centre for Professionals.

Both the Customer Support Centres have a core landing page where visitors can follow quick links to view popular resources or they can navigate to the relevant product category they require support for. All of Grant’s product ranges have a zone within each Centre, with clear colour categorisation used throughout.

Within each product support portal, the resources available are split into sections which can be easily accessed via the on-page menu and include general advice for installed Grant products, troubleshooting support, frequently asked questions, and quick-links to the product range’s relevant manuals, brochures and data sheets. Visitors can view articles, watch support videos and rate the content they view if they found it useful.

Special resources for installers

The Customer Support Centres for Homeowners and Professionals share similarities in structure and style but the Centre for installers and engineers is also home to a selection of additional resources.

A new interactive map forms part of the Customer Support Centre for Professionals whereby visitors can select their county to find their local Grant UK Sales Representatives. There is also a quick link to the Spares online catalogue, which has been given a refresh and is where engineers can turn to in order to search for parts and spares.

“We are incredibly pleased to unveil the Customer Support Centres which are now live on the Grant UK website,” comments Anna Wakefield, Head of Internal Sales and Marketing at Grant UK.

“We hope that each of these online hubs will provide end-users and their installers with a broad range of resources to help them look after and maintain Grant heating systems. From our oil boilers and air source heat pumps through to the solar thermal, cylinder and heat emitter ranges, our new Customer Support Centres are there to complement the support delivered by our Technical Team, Customer Service Department and Field Engineers.”
