Recognising the importance of being able to access information and support on the go, Grant UK has relaunched its website specifically to make it more accessible and mobile-friendly, says the company.
It now contains more comprehensive product information, including downloadable ErP scales and fiches, a simple to navigate two-zone format for both householders and trade, and a dedicated “G-One” information area with a direct link to the installer portal. It also features upgraded installer and merchant search tools, which have a full postcode facility and technology filters, plus a restructured spares database.
In addition to the new site, the Grant “TechBox” app is now freely available on both android and iPhone via the App Store. Once downloaded, customers can access technical user and installation manuals in PDF format. The app has a comprehensive library of both current and historic manuals, from oil to renewables, and even includes PDFs for the triple pass and old swimming pool boiler.
